To get a log in you must go to the homepage. 

1. On the top of the home page Click on the: REQUEST RESIDENT WEBSITE ACCESS button. 
2.  Fill in all the required fields. * 1st and last name, address, including lot number. 
3. Once you submit your information it will take up to 48 hours to receive a log in.

The Design Review Committee (DRC) is responsible for reviewing and approving all new constructions and modifications to existing homes. To get DRC guidelines, forms or information on meetings...

* How do I get a New Code, Cards or Clickers? I am having issues with the gate; what should I do?

* How do I obtain Gate Access for Business purposes? Complete the Form at the bottom of this page.

*Report Missed Waste Pickups: Brevard County

Residents can file complaints regarding missed service by calling 321-633-2042 or visiting Brevard County’s website
