About Us
Fawn Lake is a gated rural community located adjacent to the beautiful Buck Lake Conservation Area near Mims, Florida. The community is minutes away from the pristine white sand beaches of the Canaveral National Sea Shore and the excitement of the Kennedy Space Center. The homes in this equestrian friendly community are single-family and most have a view of one of our 15 community lakes. The typical lot size is approximately two thirds of an acre.
For those who enjoy a picnic away from home, we have multiple picnic areas to enjoy at the clubhouse or the community farm and equestrian barn. The picnic area at the clubhouse is furnished with wooden picnic tables, and a grill. In addition, a roof structure to shade you from the sun in the afternoon or from an occasional sudden rain shower is provided. The clubhouse is available to rent for your special occasions. Also located at the clubhouse are the newly refinished tennis and pickle ball courts for our members’ enjoyment.
The community farm and barn invoke a sense of tradition, community and our rural roots. A Marksman Range was recently added to the farmland for bow and airsoft enthusiasts. For equestrians, Fawn Lake offers gated access from the farm property directly onto the Buck Lake trails. Buck Lake is home to some spectacular wildlife and is open to hikers, bicyclists and horseback riders.
